  • Contact Information: Name, Business Email, and Phone Number provided via our consultation forms.
  • Technical Specifications: System architecture details, API endpoints, and repository access provided during the "Dev-Pod" onboarding process.
  • Usage Data: Anonymized analytics regarding website performance and interaction (cookies).

3. International Data Transfers

As a global engineering firm with hubs in Coimbatore (India) and Sharjah (UAE), client data may be processed in these jurisdictions. However, we strictly adhere to Data Residency laws:

  • UAE Clients: Data remains stored within GCC-compliant servers (e.g., AWS Middle East / Azure UAE North) to satisfy local residency laws.
  • US/UK Clients: We utilize Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure GDPR and HIPAA compliance during any necessary data processing.

4. Intellectual Property (IP) & Source Code

We explicitly state that Neoera Infotech retains NO ownership over the custom software, source code, or algorithms we build for you. Upon project handover, all IP rights are transferred 100% to the client. We act solely as the engineering partner, not the IP holder.

5. Security Protocols (SOC2 Aligned)

Our infrastructure leverages enterprise-grade security measures including:

  • AES-256 Encryption for data at rest and in transit.
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all internal developer access.
  • Regular offensive penetration testing (Pentests) on our internal networks.
Note: While we secure our infrastructure, clients are responsible for the security of their own end-user credentials and API keys.
